Rental Rates (effective
01/01/06)
$15.00 per person per day of use. A $500.00 minimum fee (per stay)
is charged regardless of legnth of stay or number of persons. (This
charge is for anyone who uses the camp, even if they do not spend
the night.)
e.g. a group of less than 34 staying one night will be charged $500,
renting two nights $1000, three nights $1500. A group of 50 renting
one night is $750, two nights $1500.
Total capacity of the camp is 132, including Campers and
Staff. (See camp map for location and capacity of each
cabin)
Guest furnishes all food and cooks, programs, a complete
Do it yourself camp.
A $100.00 retaining fee must be sent in with the Rental Application.
This fee will be held as a cleanup deposit until your departure from
camp. At which time if the camp is cleaned as specified in the camp
cleanup rules we will apply the deposit to your total cost. A camp
representative will make this decision.
As desired Gods Mountain Retreat provides the
following items as part of its service:
Use of all facilities, including pool, chapel, basic
recreation equipment and game room. If requested on
Rental Application guided hikes and hay rides
on camp property.
If needed, we will assist you in making arrangements (as
per the rules and guidelines of each attractions
criteria.) for White Water Rafting on the Ocoee River,
Wild Tours and over night stays in the Lost Sea Cave,
Horseback Riding, and Dollywood. Additional deposits will
be needed for each attraction requested.

Items
you will need or may wish to bring:
Bedding
or sleeping bag (linens not provided) Towels and personal
items, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Large Trash Bags for
kitchen and med size for bathhouse and cabins.
Toiletries, Paper plates, Cups and Planned program and
items needed for the program.
Camp
Store:
We
carry a small stock of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash
Bags and some Toiletry items just in case you run out or
forget something.
Items you do not need at Camp:
Televisions, CD - Tape Players, Video Games, Bicycles,
unless these items are to be used as part of your planned
program. NO PETS!
